My Favorite Niece- Kennedy!!!!

Wow Kennedy has grown up so fast! She does not look 14 at all! Kennedy as you can see LOVES tennis! AS a matter of fact, she has been gone for a week now playing in tournaments! Everywhere from Syracuse, NY to down South somewhere! I forget where they are next! LOL! I did manage to get some of her without that racket! She is a ham! Acts like her Dad! She was posing and saying oh Aunt Angie, how about this? A regular little super model!!! Sorry for the delay guys! You know I have been swamped this month! I even had two sessions yesterday on Thanksgiving! But when people are only here for Thanksgiving and are out of town clients I will always help them out! I had to get this posted for them to see before I begin my crazy day with sessions! I will get more done as time allows! Like I said I am swamped and trying to catch up!!

I wanted to post a little something yesterday but did not want to take up Sierra's post with it! Kennedy won't mind! LOL!

We received good news this week and I wanted let you all know how wonderful God has been to us! My Dad had a place on his back that had turned color to black and his Dr said he did not like the looks of it! He said it could be Cancer! My Dad went to the Dermatologist on Tuesday and all was good! No Cancer! When Dad called to tell me the good news he was saying God answered our prayers! I have said this time and time again but God is so good! I am thankful for him giving me two wonderful Christian parents who raised me a loving Christian home! God has been so gracious to bless them with good health as well as the rest of my family! They all mean the world to me! I give God the Thanks!!!! I hope you all have a blessed day!!!

Some of Graesyn Santa's little Helper!!

This is the sweetest little girl! Her grandmother brought her in the studio a couple months ago and she was so easy to photograph! I could not wait to get these on here! Once again she was all smiles! I feel like I have known these sweet grandparents forever! They are just wonderful people to talk with and you can tell Graesyn is their pride and joy!!!!! They brought in their own special things such as her reindeer, stocking and sleigh which Debbie had been practicing with her in sitting in it! She seemed to love it! This is my little angels!!! Konner, MaKayla, & Kennah! Then some of Alex my nephew and of course let's not forget Hershey! ( who has to be in every single picture or MaKayla will pitch a fit) LOL! Oh We love him! But I wanted to share these because a client was wanting to see this setup before they come this weekend! I intended on shooting these outdoors! But my kids are babies and will not go outside in fear of getting cold! Well we had fun that is all that matters! Ok need to get more work done! This young man was so easy to work with! Jorie and his family were such nice people! I knew when his Mom called and set the appointment up that they were not from KY originally! No Idaho! I loved listening to them talk! Of course they probably loved my country twang!!! He brought along some neat things his 1977 Chevy pickup and that adorable hat!! Another Stunning Young Lady from Fairview!

Morgan is absolutely beautiful!! Look at her gorgeous eyes! And such a tiny little thing she is! Just a doll! I love the clothes she chose to bring for these as well! You gal's at Fairview are keeping me busy! I am so sorry dear for the delay! These were taken 2 weeks ago! Can we say I am behind a tiny bit? This time of year is busy busy! It was so great seeing little Jaden again! I did his first b-day portraits a few months ago! He is such a sweet boy and so easy to work with! They are such a beautiful family! Some Sweet Cousins!

I had the privilege of photographing these sweet kids last year! They are all such dolls! Allison, Judd and Jake are not only beautiful children but so sweet and easy to work with! Judd remembered me and was all smiles! Jake is such a nice young man he was right there asking if I needed any help! Such a sweet young Man! Then little Allison, what a little princess she is! and those gorgeous blue eyes they just sparkle! It was a pleasure you all! When they called me weeks ago I told them about my new item I was going to get! My Antique Horse Drawn Sleigh! They were so excited and so was I! Of course JD was soo excited about having to drive me to Toledo, OH to get this thing! Oh he is such a good man! The things he does for me! Thanks dear! This beautiful family drove from Catlettsburg for their session! Little Olivia and Emma are just little dolls!! The one of them hugging Santa just melts my heart! This group was so easy to work with! Luke was one of my senior reps for GCHS this year! He is such a great young man! Always has a smile on his face! And his sisters are both little dolls!! Sweet Little Morgan!!!!!

Little Morgan is such a doll baby! This one is special to me! I have been photographing her since she was a newborn! She is still the tiniest little thing! It is hard to believe she is 2 now! Santa's Helper!

What a sweet little helper! Carsen helped Santa out so much in this session! Love the shots of him with the boots! Too too cute! They traveled from WV to come here and he was just so sweet even though it was very early on us all! He was such a sweetheart! Check out those big baby blues! He sure is a doll!!! Thanks so much! Double Blessing!!!

As a mother of twins, I use to hear this all the time, "Oh you have your hands full", or "Double trouble!" So I would always say back to them ,"Oh no not double trouble, Double blessings! And this family is blessed! I photographed these sweet twins last year for their birthday and for Christmas and it is always a blessing to see them! They are little dolls! Mark is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan so we did some for their Dallas Cowboys Room! I love the card of the kids being ever so sweet and tying them up in lights! We had so much fun! Sorry for the delay! I am working my fingers off! LOL!! Thanks again!!! The card examples are showing both front and back of the 2 sided 5x7 cards. One Multi-Talented Senior from Raceland!

This little gal is so talented! She loves music, drama and is one smart cookie! Ashleigh was such a delight to photograph! Just a doll!! As I was photographing her and getting to know her I came to find out how she has a love for many of the same things I do! She wanted to include her bible in her shoot! I could just tell this little gal was a Christian by just talking to her! She is such a beauty! I truly enjoyed this session! Thanks so much!! It was a pleasure meeting you both! OH I cannot leave out her dog! That has to be the smartest dog I have ever seen! She was beeping the horn and just making us laugh! Sweet sweet family!!!!

I just love this family! I did the maternity session a month ago, then came baby Baleigh and I did her session a couple weeks ago. Then they wanted more! I just love my clients! They keep coming back for more! These sweet boys just love their new baby cousin! They were so much fun! Kolton came in the studio and spotted a canvas of my children, he said" that is Konner & Kennah". I said "oh do you know my twins." He smiled and said yes I am in another class but play with Konner at recess! What a sweet sweet boy! And little Walker what a doll baby! These boys have incredible eyes! It was a pleasure meeting you boys it was a real treat photographing you both!

This was the nicest family! They saw one of my clients Gina Alexander Bags and ask who the photographer was that did it! ( Love those bags they are a walking billboard for my studio) Sweet little Jaden was so soooo easy to photograph! He was a dream!!! I love those gorgeous baby blues of his! And his adorable hair!! Two Beautiful Boys from Carter County!!!!!!

Well I must say to be blessed with one beautiful child is great but two is a double blessing! These two are the sweetest boys!!! Gorgeous big brown eyes that just melted my heart! This is such a wonderful family! I hope I can type this without crying, many of you may remember this young man, Tyler, from last year when he appeared on the news! He was named Hometown hero for his fundraising for St. Jude's Children's Hospital in December. Then in January was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. His journey over this last year has been so emotional to read and please read his story on his blog! http://www.tylersupdate.com/2008_01_01_archive.html You could not tell by that beautiful smile and him jamming with his guitar hero, that this young man was sick! He was such a sweetheart and so easy to photograph! He is such a blessing to be around and I love how they sign his blog "Fear not tomorrow...God is already there." Then little Brendan what a little doll!! He is only 5 but was so easy to work with! And such a little ham! It was such a pleasure taking these boys portraits!

Sweet Baby Girl!!!!

Little Baleigh is a living doll!!! I had the privilege of taking her Mom's maternity session a while back! This little one is such a sweet and beautiful baby girl! I just love this age!!! Sorry Brittney for your delay but this is a busy time of year for me. I apologize for the delay! Here are some highlights from her studio session! What a beautiful girl!!! I also wanted to take a moment and ask for everyone's prayers for those affected by the layoff at AK Steel! I have many clients and friends who work at AK and my heart goes out to these families! Let's all be praying for them and that this layoff will not be long for these 650 families!! In 1992 my husband worked at AK and was part of that huge layoff of 3,000 people. We know what these families are going through right now! So I am praying for our community!

Standing still!

I have many sessions to share and I am working on them as fast as I can! But wanted to share what my heart said to share today! I will hopefully post another session this evening after my senior shoot this evening!
I know many of you know this and have been praying for us! But I wanted to share with you a little about what we have going on with us. On October 23rd Konner my son was diagnosed with a disease called Alopecia Areata. This is a rare disease that only affects 4% of the US yearly. When first told that day I could not believe what I was hearing and JD and I wanted a second opinion. The second opinion agreed. He had lost a patch of his hair in the back and with this strange disease he could have lost more. We both said this is a life changing disease but it could be so much worse. It could have been a terminal illness which would be devastating for any parent to have to go through with a child. I immediately began to pray and sent out emails to my friends all over the us to pray for my boy! On November 2nd I had him anointed at church and prayed for. Konner is such a sensitive boy and he just cried and I knew God had touched my boy! The next morning he looked at my Mom and said" Nanny my hair is going to grow back". He told me God is going to make my hair grow! I smiled and yes baby it is and God is going to take care of you! And you know something it is! He has hair coming in on the bald spot right now! What I am trying to say is if you are faced with something in your life and you feel you don't know what to do , turn it over to God! He will make a way for you! I have seen it time and time again in my life and others around me! Stand still and let God move!!! Here is one of my favorite groups singing just about that!!!
